Went back to the wall July 4th morning and Sunday afternoon.  Expanded my search, tried some new bait/technique, still nothing.  Rockwall sucks.  Where do I need to go in the bay to hook into some fish?

Haven't been out there in years. Is that parking area still a free launch site?

Fished ARW yesterday and today, no halibut, but baitfish fish everywhere, a friend saw a striper come out of the water chasing anchovies. There are some nice size sharks (up to four feet) if you want have some fun go west toward SF to first opening in rockwall, 50 ft deep hole where the wall juts out into bay. Drift with the out going tide. Had a bite or caught something every time I drifted through. Can be a rough ride in afternoon when the wind is up and tide going out.

It's not you, it's not your bait, it's just a very terrible time in the bay Right now. everything you have and are doing should put a halibut in your kayak, keep doing what you're doing and sooner or later you will get one, or you can go to Crissyfield where the water is much cleaner it's easier for the fish to see your bait, as far as the bay goes this is your best chance I will be fishing there next weekend.  But it should be quite a circus with the sailboat races going on.  Rough water but who cares did not get in this game to stay dry
