Anyone able to point me to the regs when trolling for salmon? All I seem to be able to find are the regs stating if NOT trolling, then only the single barbless circle hook. How many hooks/barbs/circle req'd when trolling? Thanks.

For non-trolling, it depends on if you're using bait. barbless hooks can be used while mooching if you're not using bait and I've actually caught one using just a hoochie.

Troll with no more than two, single point, barbless hooks.  They don't have to be fixed, and they don't have to be circle.

A "mooching rig" of the "slip" variety is the best thing to hook bait to and troll with, IMO.

Good luck.   :smt001

Ok, so rereading everything, it looks like when trolling I can use anything that is:
(2) single point/shank barbless hooks no matter bait or artificial lures

and when mooching I can use:
(2) single point/shank barbless CIRCLE hooks hard-tied.
Am I right?
