Wimpy's Marina - Take Two - 7/15

Hey all.  A couple of us finally got it together and are launching out of Wimpy's Marina on Monday the 15Th. about 8AM.  We would enjoy some more company if you can make it.  See you there. 

Just Got My First Take A Couple Weeks Ago, Only Been On Local Lakes With It. Is That AN Ok Spot For A Beginner To Launch From?

Thank you for the info Rob.  This will be my first time there. The reasons I picked Wimpy's is because there is a real ramp, a parking lot and it is on the Delta. We are going to be a little late in starting though, about 9AM or so. I will be on VHF channel #69 and my cell is 818/726-3984.  I will be in a bright RED Wilderness Tarpon that says Bass Ackwards on the front.  Look forward to seeing you and SurferBill there.

I might meet y'all out there which way you guys plan on goin .and what u goin for the jail birds or some large mouth bass .it's always good to meet some new pals to fish with..

I am hoping for some large mouth but whatever I catch is more than I did last year.  I am going to try to head toward Snodgrass Slough if I can find it.  Leaving home at about 7 more of less.
