Hello,
I was a member of this forum a long time ago, but couldn't remember any of my old sign in info.  I'm 67 years old and happily retired from teaching and being a school site administrator.  I enjoy foraging for mushrooms (chanterelles, morels, and boletes)  I primarily fly fish for trout and steelhead.  I have an Ocean Kayak 13 foot and usually fish San Pablo Bay and the Delta, with an occasional out to fish a lake.  I'd like to start using my kayak a little more.  My wife and I like to travel.  In the past few years we have visited China 3 X's, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Thailand, Cambodia, Egypt, Jordan, and a few other places.  I golf regularly and fish several times a year.
I look forward to reading about your fishing adventures on this site.

You are old enough to appreciate this:  When I read the title of your post, in my mind's ear I heard the theme song and unique voice-'Hello, I'm Mr. Ed.'

a horse is a horse of course of course.........

anyway look forward to seeing more posts and even fishing with you someday.
