Hey talked to a few people and read something on the del valle web site of stripers being caught in the narrows in the lake Im interested in giving it a shot possibly sunday for a little while in the morning and if that dosent pay off just go for trout and bass the tackle shop in castro valley sells live minnows so maybee some mendo tactics anyway here is a link to a fishing report.  http://www.ebparks.org/fish/angledge.htm

Have to go to antioch to get minnows but I will have some Im going to launch at 0600 at the boat ramp channel 69 hope to see some folks out there

I guess I was mis-informed....I just called the Lake Del Valle Marina (925) 449.5201 and they said it was OK.

How far of a paddle to get in striper territory? I've only witnessed one striper caught there. And that was from the bank, a lil bity 7 incher which was released.
