essentially it is going to be much closer than normal thus having a much more distiguishable pull on the waters? do you think this may lead to good fishing or cause them to become more active?

FullMoons, leading up to and days after have been historically SLOW. The large tidal swings quickens the drift speed. Both these factors together equate to Not Good Fishing. I have kept a log the past 5yrs. and each season we've hit it durring these types of conditions and EVERY TIME I swear I am not gonna fish it on Fullmoons.

yep. It's my only day to get out though, so I'll be hoping to bust the cycle (just like the last 5 times) :smt044

We hit BH once with the same moon, and I caught nada BUT I remember Freddie landed a big hali that day.

I remember getting my 36"Halibut knocked off the Biggest Fish list that day  :smt010 Don't get me wrong, fish will be caught, but it will just be super slower than usual.
