You can buy burlap sacks at Ace Hardware.

For crab gauge, try Sports Authority, Sport Chalet, Big 5.

Try to get the aluminum gauge if you can.  The blue plastic ones will break pretty easily, (the nub on the end).

True the plastic ones break but the aluminum ones bend. The DFG cited one of my buddies at HMB a couple of months ago for having a bent gauge. Yeah and he had 10 commies.

We used to throw out burlap sacks by the dozen, go to a livestock feed store and dive their dumpster  :smt003
Let me explain something to you. Um, I am not "Mr. Lebowski". You're Mr. Lebowski. I'm the Dude. So that's what you call me. You know, that or, uh, His Dudeness, or uh, Duder, or El Duderino if you're not into the whole brevity thing.

Check the blue ones I have had one be short. Nothing a few passes with a file couldn't fix. also mom and pop coffee shops have good burlap sacks. I use them for grab and archery targets

If everything else fails, since we're crabbing HMB this weekend, there is a store across that sells them. $2 I think. It's the shop where you register for the party boats.
Crab pots-wise, I don't know in your area. But around here, you can get them at Hi's tackle in SSF or Gus in SF. We are crabbing and fishing so DO NOT bring crab rings unless you're dropping them near your fishing spot. Trust me, it'll get in the way of your fishing and can be annoying.

Fisherman's warehouse usually has pots and foldable ones too. You might need to get some weighted doors though.
