OK, just got back from 4 days on the water. The plot thickens. Fishing 4nm south of pt Reyes. I'm on the back working gear, when 5ft off my port side another one passes going the opposite direction. I knew I had some fish on the port float wire but was working the port heavy. All of a sudden my port float shots sideways at 90° to the wake all the way over to the starboard float and disappears for a few seconds and then comes up the other side of the starboard float. We somehow still managed to pull 2 slugs off of that wire. 2 in 3 days.

Be careful out there bro! Sounds like your new boat has the mojo big time.

When you coming back to the east bay? I gotta get this gaff to you.

Beautiful boat by the way.
