At GS7, Tote and Becky were too kind and invited me over for fish taco dinner.  It was the best fish taco I've had in a long time, so I asked him for the recipe and made it for the family tonight.  Just followed his recipe, and the family thinks I'm some fish taco expert now.  Thanks Tote and Becky.

Lost Coast Lingcod baked in foil with butter and dill.
Mango Salsa (Tote substituted with pineapple at GS7, which was just as good)
White sauce made from sour cream, mayo, and other stuff... see recipe attached.

We also grilled up some grass fed skirt steak and Lost Coast Dungies to add to the mix.
