On Monday @6.55 am they stopped folks from coming into Lawsons saying they were full. We quickly hauled ass down to Nicks Cove and launched at Millers and boated down to the Lawson Landing area. I got the feeling after digging in just one area that the clams have been hit pretty hard and that they may have to give the Clam Island area a rest.

Lawson's Landing only give out 100 day use permits a day. And those permits go FAST on holidays with low tides.
