Dental checkup, xrays, cleaning - SOLD

I know this is a bit random and not fishing related, but just thought I'd throw this out there in case anyone needed it.  I bought this voucher last year when my work didn't offer dental and now that they do, I no longer need this.  I have confirmed that this voucher is transferable. It is good for a comprehensive dental exam, x-rays, and teeth cleaning.
