Meet and greet with Drew Gregory @ Headwaters Kayak Shop May 21.

Tomorrow 6:30PM Jackson Kayaks team anglers Drew Gregory and Jameson Redding will be at the shop for a BBQ Potluck. They came to California to fish with us at GS7 and to shoot a TV show with Jim Sammons, but in between events they are coming to the Headwaters to talk kayaks and fishing. They will be showing off some footage of their latest adventures including big lings, whales and Clear Lake Bass. Come on over and say hello. Any time between 5 and 8PM Tuesday May 21st.

Had a lot of fun tonight. Drew was a pretty chill guy, it was very nice meeting one of kayak fishing's few celebrities. I love and hate going to Headwaters. I always have fun when I go, but I always buy stuff. Came out with a Bending Branches Angler Pro paddle. It's ok, I think we were all a little star struck.

Those guys were cool, met them at GS7 - Drew caught a damn Greenling(my devil fish) right next to me after I just lost one at the boat.
That fish hit what looked like a 7" curlytail grub on a 5oz head!
Wish I could've made the shop meet and greet.

It was a very laid back night. We just showed off pictures and videos from our Road Trip, and drew and Jameson answered questions about kayaks and videography. They flew their quadcopeter in my shop with a GoPro attached to it. The footage looks sweet. The best part was Geoffs cooking and the potluck. Geoff grilled up all our fish and made fish tacos. Yumm!
