Well...no shad in the boat and didn't see very many while paddling up river. We did see a few taken from shore using the bobber method and I missed a fish or two when we stopped to fish a deep channel about a mile up river. Overall a nice day even without making my net stink like shad.

Thank you for adding in a report. We did see about 2 or 3 Sacramento Suckers swimming on the left side of the island heading towards Bradshaw. Saw a nice size turtle sunbathing and a few ducks.

No fish :-(
