Hi All,  Well it's time again for fair weather fishing.  It has been a rough winter over here and things won't get any better anytime soon.  It is going to be another month before I can get out on the water.  I would like to experience the legendary "Delta" and maybe even catch a bass or two, but I don't know where to go.  I am in the Sacramento area.  Can anybody tell me about a safe place for a newbie to put in?  Thanks :fish

Big break is where I started and it was easy enough with safe secure parking and enough stuff to explore and fish with some good holes around that always produce, for me at least.  Senkos n ratl traps are my usual go tos around those parts.

Be safe and aware of your abilities because the tides and the PBs generally don't care about you.

You can get just as drunk on water
As you can get on dry land.
