Saudi National to be deported - Sketchy or not?

Not sure if some of you guys have read this yet, but I find it very sketchy that the U.S govt is deporting this guy so quickly...especially considering that he may have been involved somehow in the bombing.

  Possibility of keeping the guy from getting dead on our soil? If he is involved, he should stay!

My guess is that they're not looking to capture the 2nd suspect.  Most likely will die, just like his brother and we'll never know if that Saudi national was involved or not.

I was thinking the same but... Theorist are just as full of shit as our government.
 I think that pic was all photo shop don't think they would put that pic out there
