I tried to steer him away from the deal because I really didn't want to get rid of it, but he was fixed on buying it; he didn't even try to negotiate a better price. He just test drove it, then whipped out the cash and made me sign the pink.....   

He wanted to buy both my CT-70s too; but those ain't going anywhere...

You let someone test ride your bike before buying it?  When I sold my XR650 the buyer was bugging me to let him ride it before buying it and I finally told him he could ride it as much as he wanted to once he bought it and paid for it.  It only had 1100 miles on it........

he just drove it up/down the street; and I held the keys to his truck....

You are stilol WAY ahead of the game. She has NO IDEA wgat and how much you have in that workshop. I KNOW, I have been in it and love it!!!!
