This is a DSL modem for AT&T service.  I have one that is brand new and other is used.  I thought the first one was broken so being the impatient guy that I am, I just ordered another one to replace it.  I came to find out that it was just the power adapter that was broken, not the entire unit.  Just as all of this is happening, my DSL promotional period was over, again, so they decided to bump up monthly charges by $10 for the DSL so I decided to give them the finger and get different service, which is why I now have 2 modems I can't use.   :smt044

The used package includes working modem, phone line, dual line filter, and ethernet cable.  I am sure the power adapter will be easy to obtain as it is a pretty standard one.  It has been reset to factory settings so it is ready to use in a new network.  Free to anyone that needs it.

The new package includes modem, phone line, dual line filter, ethernet cable, back up cd, and all paperwork and manual.  I paid $100 for this and would like $60 OBO.

Good thing about these units is that it doesn't necessarily have to be used with AT&T DSL.  It can simply be used alone in your home network as a router or a wireless gateway.  Setup is very easy as well.

Last month I could have used that! Now ATT gave me an all in one unit that includes wireless :smt007 2wire is a nice unit... I think those can also be set up as a relay to stretch signal further
my new name should be Ostridge. Got my head in the sand. Going fishing and letting go of the other stuff I can't control anyway!
