SAN PABLO RESERVOIR FISH REPORT
February 18, 2013
The San Pablo Reservoir Recreation Area is open with the hours being 6:30 am to 5:00 pm and boats being off the water by 4:00 pm. The Boat Launch area is open 7 days a week with snacks and drinks available. Our last plant of Mt. Lassen Trout was on February 15, 2013 with 2,000 lbs. of catchable Trout and 250 lbs. of trophy Trout. The water temp has been around 51 degrees. The Trout bite is excellent and were being caught from the shoreline near the Main Recreation Area as well as Sandy Point and Scow Canyon. PowerBait for the Trout such as Chartreuse and Spring Green have been working as well as the Mice Tails, the Broken-Back Fire-Tiger and Kastmasters seem to be working for those that are trolling.
