Help me to improve Fisherman's Warehouse

I would like to compile a collection of customer feedback for Fisherman's Warehouse. With any store there are positives and negatives. That information is not reaching the appropriate people within Fisherman's Warehouse. There are two sets of positives and negatives, one set dealing with Eric's Yakhopper series, and the other set dealing with the store itself.

I will compile everything together and submit it to the appropriate people. I will keep anonymity for those who wish to remain anonymous.

Please include who, what, when, and where. Quantifiable feedback is more constructive then generalizations. If you don't recall specifics that is okay.
