if they have any gill barbs, like most preditors do, his left arm was stuck and painfull to pull out. Then it looks like he pulled it out, that's when he walked away(in pain for sure)
I always wondered when one would swallow an arm....maybe the next one will be a lady or small child

I think their jaws are more bony than toothy, but very strong.
