Okonomiyaki "Japanese Pizza"

I made some at the Doran crab opener with keilbasa sausage and lobster tail.  The ingredients are pretty cheap and it's easy to cook.

Oh man I need to make this. Some of the best tasting food I have had. Can you make this at crabfest?
