I like the niners as my local NFC team (of course I like anyone who beats up Dallas).  But I will be a Pats fan till the day I die.  I even have Pat Patriot on the wall at work.  As for the Raiders, I got a guy at work who sitll complains about the tuck rule, get over it.  You had a chance you could not stop it.  After that play it sucked the wind out of that team for what a decade, come on get a grip and move on past it, it is not like we crippled a player for life...they seem to forget that incident.

Arizona and Seattle both beat NE.  Niners will do the same!

Welker Knocked down?  No one you got is going to do that.  I will step out and say he gets the remaining 5 catches he needs to go for 5 straight years breaking 100 receptions.  Gronkowski comes back and who you got to cover him?  You can double cover him, but that leaves either Lyod, Welker, or that other TE...whats his name??? Oh yeah Hernadez open.  Better not let the rookey throw the ball because NE leads the nation in that area too.  I hope old man winter douses the place with a few inches of white stuff as well!

I think it was more the niners d and pass rush got to lax.  All of a sudden it got Brady in the groove.  You can't give a great quarterback like Brady an extra second.

According to Al and Chris, the 49er defense started in man, switched to zone once they were up big, and then went back to man when things got interesting.

It was sucky game for NE, too many fumbles, interceptions, and sacks.  But, I think it showed Brady is very dangerous if you give him the ball.   Not many QB's can come from behind like that to tie it up.  Now Seattle is watching those game films and seeing where you made mistakes.

I'm happy the niners won, but they turned what could have been a blowout into a knuckle biter.  I'll never understand why they insist on 3 up the gut and a punt followed by a prevent defense after they open a nice lead.  No killer instinct in this coaching staff.

Honestly, I think there is a good chance you may run into Peyton and the Bronco's this year.  they have moved to 2nd ceed and we dropped to third, so we may have to play them at Mile High.
