Marin salmon on Sunday?

Im hitting the ARW on sunday, unless anyone is into going out of Muir or Bolinas. Or points north.

Here's the marine forcast for the Marin Coast on Sunday....

NW WINDS 20 TO 30 KT WITH LOCAL GALE FORCE GUSTS OF
35 KT. WIND WAVES 4 TO 6 FT. NW SWELL 8 TO 10 FT. PATCHY FOG.

I think ARW might be a wiser choice but I don't know the bay forcast.
