Flavored with some ginger and sugar.

I think that's the "curd" after he strained the milk off through cheese cloth.

Curd=tofu? My grandson is allergic to dairy products. I'd like to know how to make it

I'd like to try the recipe. We don't drink that cow shiiit here. just eat it.
Looks like it wouldn't be too difficult and might be able to make some different versions.
