I have used this one on chovies, herring and dines. Its got a fair number steps but I like it.

Did Kirk ever have any luck trying to get a permit to sell his herring?  I kinda lost track of his efforts, seemd like the last word was NO.

Its still a no. I think the commercial quota has been limited this year.
