Antonio,  thanks for sharing.  I don't dive but reading reports like yours make me want to take it up.  That "old dog - new trick" thing just keeps holding me back.

Martin - I plan to do the same and will have Ray to be my mentor, say starting next year's season.

Anytime you want to go let me know. I'm still fairly new to free diving. This is my third year and am hooked. I generally try to dive in calm conditions unless I have some of my more experienced buddies with me.

Van Damme is a great place for a maiden ab dive.
