Looking for a new/used Vinyl Cutter / Plotter unit + software to hook to my computer.  Looking to make some decals for the kayak & car and some for future packaging of my wooden goods that I list on Etsy.  Prefer something in the 24" wide range if anyone has one for sale/trade or know of one.  Checked those currently listed on C.L.

Thanks!

~Bill :smt006

how much vinyl are you planning to cut? might be better to hit up one of your NCKA bros for some help; rather than dropping all that money into something you'll only use a couple of times.....

I'd like to cut some decals for the yak & car and some for the packaging of my custom woodworking.  I'd also like to have the ability to make my own painting & sandblask masks for select projects.  If I can get into one for a couple/few hundred I feel it would be money well spent.

kayak: ok, make sure you buy the right type of vinyl
car: don't do it :smt044 never liked cars with a bunch of decals  :smt009
packaging: cheaper to buy them in bulk from a printer; too much work trying to weed the vinyl in massproduction.
paint/sandblasting: something I wanted to do with mine to... no time, fishing gets in the way.... but someday :smt005

Want to do a larger Ncka logo for the back window of the car.  NO graphics for the car!  Might just have the one for the yak done my simeone who does this commonly.

I have a 42" plotter. But why do you want a 24 inch one. 20 inch letters are big. I used mine for clear bras for cars. I have thought about software for letters but have no software experience. Most programs are too expensive as far as I know. Mine is a Graphtec FC5100-100. Not used much but too much money to play around making labels. That is why I haven't got into signs.
