Scored a set of Thule 878 saddles for $65 thanks to a posting by Weimarian.  I believe I will owe you a drink or two  the next time we fish together.  With these new saddles I can load my car in the garage the night before.  No getting up in the cold and strapping it on.  Now I can just get up, crawl in the car and go!!

I am so stoked!  This site has got me the kayak I wanted for a great price from daleshark , the saddles I needed for my rack, and tons of info.  Everyone on here rocks, I can't wait to fish TC Friday for the first time with others.

Here's how I'll be rolling from now on!

GO BRONCOS!!!!
So long and thanks for all the fish!!!

Maybe you don't have em on there for the driveway pic and already know this. But with that type rack setup and the 2 bars being so close together at mid yak, you really need bow and stern lines to keep it safely tied down at speed.

Other than that it is really cool to see you decked out and stoked to go......

You are correct. I do have and will always use the bow and stern line attached.

Be careful when its hot out with the bars that close together also. Scott, Im not trying to be a smart ass at all. I would hate to see you bend that great kayak in the center. The top deck is usually heavier duty than the hull because there are more indentations that make it harder to bend.. You might want to travel with it deckside down.

Yeah, and I'm jealous that you can get your loaded rig into the garage. As you say no more morning loading....
