broken kayak rudder!

I screwed up majorly! I was cleaning my tandem kayak and the boat tipped too far to its side and the rudder snapped off (see the crack under the screw). It's a single piece that broke. Is this something I can buy, or can I repair it or have someone else repair it? Where does one go to get it repaired? Or am I out a couple hundred because the whole thing needs to be replaced now?
