Looks new...  Plan, plan, plan!  Resist the urge to start drilling.  Suggest taking it out at least once before you start any rigging to get a feel for what you want.  It's hard!  Fight the urge.  Nice thing is you should find lots of ideas on here since that is still a popular model yak!

   Way to go!

If u plan on installing a center hatch, make sure you get this kind - with the toggle. Stay away from the screw-in hatch.....they tend to jam when sand / dirt get in the groves. Speaking from first hand experience  :smt045

That's a sweet ride - I regret selling mine :smt011

Do not put a center hatch in it Rueben. At all. The seating area flexes and Ive seen them crack away from the holes drilled for the fasteners. Its also a leak just waiting to happen. Been there done that buddy.  Call me if you want. You have my number I think.

That is a great looking boat. Where did you get it? It looks brand new! Jealous here.

Thanks Craig, that's mighty good info there. I was planning on putting one in too.

I got it in LA, spotted it on Craigslist and when I got the hi-res photos I sent my aunt over ASAP. Hojoman was gracious enough to bring it up for me on his return trip recently. Now I've gotta go get it from him and start the mods.
