Allen-

A hali from the surf... nice. Barely legal or barely a brute, landing a hali from the surf is no joke. Great job. You sure are a persistent... angler. I need to put more time on the water for halis... I haven't hooked into a but in like 3 years. I MUST end my dry spell soon...

No halibut for me today ... just lots of shiner perch and a bunch of baby BSP.  I saw one jacksmelt come in on my neighbor's line, too.

The water is very different from the weekend -- bigger swell and lots of motion.  The anchovies were gone, too.

Everyone had heard the weekend halibut news and they were out in force both yesterday and today but I heard of no new halibut since Saturday.
