some of us are not as fortunate

just wanted to let everyone know how the prices are at the fish market nowadays.for some of us that dont have the skills,experience,time to go catch our food we depend on the fish market.for very fresh fish i spent 54.00 on 1lb of white sea bass,1/2lb of wild king salmon,12 kamamoto oysters.yeah its expensive but man its good.worth every penny

Ouch!!!  But at least you enjoyed the "fresh" food 

Once a year we go to the Fish market in HMB and snag some whole fish and have it cut up.  My skills will never rivals some of ya'll.  I go for the enjoyment, the comraderie, and to see what Mooch will wear next.  Back tot he market, the guy at the Market at the Corner of Hwy 92 and Hwy 1 always seem to have a good price and a great attitude. He is from Chicago and can talk all day if you let him.

Ouch.

That's alright...whenever I go diving I probably spend almost that much on beer which Andy usually drinks out of my cooler before I get out of the water.

Just spent 20 bucks on some salmon bellie, a pound of tuna and A seabass head! I know what you mean! And yes I do love to drink Jims beers!!!!! Except bud light lime.
