How hard is it to launch a 25 foot boat out of ocean cove boat launch up in Jenner/fort Ross area. I am not able to find many photos of it.

best option launch at Bodega and cruise up. That launch is not big enough for that size for sure.

Havent launched there yet but will give it a shot next year in my 16' boat.  My research produced: the boat ramp is dirt and gravel, you gotta back your way down a winding road, there's sub surface rock to navigate through to get out of the cove, 4x4 mandatory, low tide makes it hard if not impossible to retrieve, boats in excess of 20' are damn near impossible to launch there but there's stories of maniac locals who've  done it.

I launch both a 17 Zodiac rib and Archiles flat bottom. At low tide launch and retrival almost impossible with loaded boat. Not enought water to float the Rib. High tide ok with a long back down  to launch then surf to deal with
