Inspired by Yakuza's post last week that had a link to a YouTube video about "Poke Stop" in Hawaii.



A friend of mine gifted me two nice pieces of local salmon. What better way to honor it then my version of the Poke Stop - Salmon Poke (1:10 min mark). The soy syrup just needed a simple recipe search. As a side note that syrup will become a nice product for some future recipes! Can you say glazed short ribs!
