Santa Cruz 9/29- WSB Hunt- Whose going with me?!

Hey all,

  Looking to get out in Santa Crus on the Sept. 29th for WSB.  Papio gave me the itch to get out there.... with his 3/3 day on the 17th.   \

I live in Boulder Creek, so Im not far from Santa Cruz.

Whose going with me?!

Ill be there sat and sun. Lunching from sc harbor at 5 am if i go with people who have gps and 5 30 if im goin by myself.

It sounds very tempting but i got BBQ duty this Saturday. And Sunday I'm just going to take it easy and take a hike on the shore line and see if the bard perch are around to be had.

I might make a showing. Depends on a number of things.

Just an FYI.. I hit the water about 5:30am at MBK. I saw one WSB caught last Sunday while I was out. One was a 39lber from a mother ship and just missed the 50lber that was brought in by one of our brothers. Got to hear about it by all the folks running over to see what I had caught. Good luck fellas. Ill stick to MBK this weekend.

This could be fun, stuck here in school today and definitely love to go otw tomorrow and the rest of the week. Should be out today but school lab was due this morning. Miss u guys.

I plan to make it out. Not sure where to go though. Head to the mile buoy and then.... 
Also, are you guys fishing the bottom with squid? I never fished for bass before, but I'm guessing a mooching type rig might work? Thanks. Gabe
