This is Eric Adint, I  plan to launch off of Del monte beach next to MBK at around 6 - 7 am.
the area I want to cover is a little unorthodox.
1) troll around the Coast Guard peir and see what hits.
2) work Monterey state beach between 20 - 100  yards off the coast, till I hit the hotel area, maybe trool back.
3) I will have a fish finder so I will be testing for areas. Maybe casting towards the shore for striper.
4) go to the orange bouy and work the standard drifts.
I  am hopping allen check this out, and wants to come allong. I  have paied homage to the gods of halibut by fishing 4 times with nada, surely they will reward me for the 5th time.

Im thinking about joining you. I just got a new yak and Im anxious to get in again. What do you use for catching Striper? Ive launched off of Del Monte Beach a lot. My name is Kim and if you see a yellow Ranger with a yellow kayak that would be me.
