Mostly just lurk anymore (anymore?  I mostly just lurked when I lived down there as well  :smt044 ) as I'm in the PNW now.  Figured as I'll be roadtripping through in a few weeks I'd put a WTB here for a sail kit and/or ama kit.  If anybody is looking to get rid of one or both let me know and we'll work something out!

Thanks.

I am in the midst of the same sort of cyborg thing adapting a hobie sail to a non hobie pedal yak (Wavewalker). I am on my 4th major revision of a ez roller furling setup and will post results. Have ordered a set of the castle craft kayak stabilizers as the hobie sidekick amas look rinky dink to me like arm floats for little kids LOL. Pic of the stabilizers here

I think I'm next in line for the next Hobie sail that is offered up.  Ha!
Good luck finding one used.

If you are in the Portland area my buddy has a sailing kit for sail. If you send a PM to J-Fek aka joe on NWKA he can hook you up. It's brand new, never used.

Those should be easy to ship as well.

five feet commands a premium shipping fee.  At least that's what cabelas tells you if you try and buy a one piece rod from them

I've got a sail that I would like to sell or trade for any of the below:

PDF
Marine Radio
Dive Knife
Plyers
GPS/Fishfinder
Spare Paddle

Obviously I haven't gotten the basics yet :smt001

Sail comes with a homemade outrigger and gib.  The previous owner put a rivet thru the mast I guess to make it more stable, so it will need to be re-modified.  The top of the sail where it sits on the top of the mast is a little worn.

Pictures can be seen in this thread.  If you want the motor it's for trade or sale as well.
