Does anyone have any recomendations on a small air compressor for the car? Some to fill my 4runner tires with while camping and fill suspension airbags.

Must have enough air line to inflate around car tires, I would need this to run off the Cig lighter socket, hopefully under a $100

I see a bunch online, but have no clue which are reliable, any recomendations?

Thanks!

I would recommend going to amazon.com and reading some reviews

Check out harbor freight. I have a $10 small compressor that works up to 80psi (the little yellow one).  Has saved me several times.  Only downside is it takes a while to fill a tire if it's completely flat.  When camping, I carry a compressor tank that holds enough to fill 2 tires, and use the little compressor to refill it when I can just let it run for half an hour.  For your budget, you can a larger model that will fill much faster.

I made a 12' pigtail adapter that plugs into my trailer light plug and has a cigarette lighter plug on the other end.  Works well for getting power for the compressor to any corner of the car.

Just took a quick look anf found 2 around $50 that quote filling a normal car tire in 3 minutes, at up 110 psi.  Downside of the cheaper ones as already pointed out is the volume they put out, works great but feels like it takes forever to fill a tire.

You can get super high-end ones, check out some off-road shops. Safari Gear has one, and Old Man Emyu has one.
I have a cheap one I got free with an order from JC Whitney, and it has help up for light tire duty for years now. Of course the gauge is totally broken, the lights don't work any more, and it rattles like crazy...but the dang thing still pumps air.

I use it to top off tires on our cars, but to fill a low tire it takes a long time. For an actual off road 0-street pressure I would invest in a really good one, but for light duty topping off you should be fine with a cheaper one (it may not last as long though).

Most 4X4 shops will have access to or maybe even carry small copmressors, Via-Air? (Sadly won't be cheap though)  The air system on my truck wasn't cheap, I have an Extream Air air compressor (Driven by 3/4hp winch motor), 3-5 gal air tank gauges, quick-disconnect fitting for it.
I got one of Harbor Freights $7 yellow compressors (Need 200psi for shocks RS9000's)to replace the tiny air compressor for my shocks, (Rancho wants $98/ea for it) but haven't installed it yet. I have to adapt fittings to it, to plumb into the system.

Some of the "portable" air compressors may be able to fill your tire in cases of emergency; but do reflate all four tires may take some time, especially, if the duty cycle is only 33 percent. They will however work on you air bag suspension system since it only takes 8-15lbs of pressure.

My son tried install a similiar compressor (from harbor freight) in his tacoma and the damn thing got so hot it melt the air hose, putting a hole in it.

I opt'd to go with the VAir system (w/ the 350c compressor and 2.5 gal tank) and it can fill my 31" tire from 10lbs to 35lbs in a little over a minute. Also, plumbed lines on each side of the vehicle and the front to make access easier it did however cost more than you estimated budget.

I dont know if you can really see in the picture the air hose connected on the side of my jeep, but the system is real simple once installed; includes an auto-shut off relay when the pressure reaches the system pressure capacity.

Also, the truck behind me used a portable compressor and only was able to fill 1 of his tires but the time I was complete. The truck in front of me (my son in law) was able to due 2 before I was done; we just installed an on-board air system in his truck 2 weeks ago (biter!).
