I'm a-goin' out ta Ocean Cove on Monday, never been there.  Is anyone interested in going or sharing any info about that spot?  Also, is Fort Ross open on Mondays?

Did you make it out? Myself and a bud are headed to OC on Thurs if the weather holds. Fingers crossed.

I have had good luck on the plastics directly out of the cove, slightly north, in 100-120'. Cut your drifts before you get too close to the rocks. Too many boiler rocks can make for an unpleasant surprise. There are usually a lots of blacks in 60' to round out a limit on shrimp flies. My best luck has been on the incoming.

I'm sorry to report that my drinking buddy & I didn't feel up to it after Sunday night.  Thanks for the tips from NapaAndy, respect.  It looks like a great campground there at OC.
