Not sure this have been posted before but since im taking a break from doing mines, I thought id share. I found a great thread that shows u how to take apart your drive, clean it and lube/grease and also putting it back together. With pictures too!

Took me about 1.5 hrs and I had no clue what I was doing until I did it. Was worth every minute considering the condition my drive was in. I bought a used drive from eBay that a guy found laying on the beach. There was no rust but quite an amount of salt and sand build up on where the grease needs to be. All in all, its good to be back in the madness!
