Love the site so far and I can't wait to get involved/active on topics.

I'm not a kayak owner as of now but I do own a canoe. It's a Sportspal SS7

I'm looking to do some upgrades / add-ons to it such as fishing pole holders, net holder, gps/fish finder mount and etc.

I do want a kayak badly I have been thinking about the Jackson CUDA or a Ocean Kayak.

Welcome! First thing you need to do is Demo, Demo, Demo. Not every boat is right for every person. Feel free to stop by the Headwaters kayak shop in Lodi and try out the Jackson line if you haven't.

I'll have to keep this in mind when I finish saving up the funds!!!

Demoing a kayak would be a free test drive at a pond, river or lake? Is there a deposit? Explain how one that is a noob can demo and what does a demo offer?

I'm a 6ft 1inch 230lbs male Husky as waders go. So what are some key guide lines to keep in mind?

Is there a kayak check list for buying?
