I can see the faucet.  Maybe some kind of food stand vendor grill, but then again didn't get a good look.  What do you think it is?

Can you actually register it for plates to tow?  That's the question to the legal part.

As long as it has a plate Which means DMV has inspected it for lights and safety it should be legal.

Unless the plate is off another trailer, then no.

i have fabricated several trailers, the person at dmv walks out and puts a vin sticker on and never even checks lights. i thought they would have sent me to chp for a inspection. hands you a plate over counter. guess its your fault if you get pulled over... california is so back asswards. you can drive your bathtub down the road as a trailer but no front plate on your car will get you a fix it ticket.

+1 I couldn't have said it better.
My biggest worry is that my wife(when I'm dead)will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it

If it's got wheels the DMV will find a way to pull some money out of your @$$ to register it!

For a minute, I thought it was one of the custom welding creations from fishmaster1! Looks like it could be a mobile cleaning station! How sick would that be!!?
Live your life, the way you want to be remembered. Don't have any regrets, we only get this one dance to make it count. Start at your eulogy, and work backwards.
