i am having a hell of a time finding an open cell suit in my size. im 6'5" and about 240. i ordered from gatku but got an email they are out of the bigboy size. i looked at mako and they only go to 6'3". i called a freedive shop in sb today and they say they can order me a cressi open cell in 7mm in xxxl size for 350. i dont know much about cressi. are they any good? i think i may have them order it tomorrow. i hope its worth the drive to sb.

I've heard the Cressi Technica is not very flexible, but is durable and warm.

are you guys talking about the cressi sub technica camo suit.i thought its a lined suit and not open cell.i was thinking of buying it.i think thats why its not as flexible as the others
My biggest worry is that my wife(when I'm dead)will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it

It has a thermal lining, not nylon or lycra, so it's essentially the same. Other suits sometimes have it as an option (Yazbeck, Riffe; Big Jim's Yazbeck suit has a thermal lining). While I've heard that the lining makes the suit slightly colder than raw open cell neoprene, there's no trade off in flexibility.

Definitely. Movement and comfort should be a lot better than whatever you're using now.
