Redding area - Sun 7/22 ?

Anyone going out on Sun. near Redding. I saw Hightide's hookup @ Whiskeytown.
Thinking of mooching Salmon @ Shasta (Centimudi ) or try for crappie @ Jones Valley.
What say North Valley Slayers ?
Would like to hit it early and beat the heat and crowds.
