Bethel Island - 6/27/12

I'm taking tomorrow off to go fishing and launching at Emerald Point Marina at Bethel Island.  I'll be fishing for bass.  I like this area because there are houses along the bank and a speed limit for power boats.  It's an easy area to fish at.   Launch and start fishing. 

Anyone new or experienced is welcome.

I will be launching at 7 am.

i can't make it this time but i am interested. i fished out of russo's marina for the first time a week ago and had a blast...maybe we can compare notes and fish together next time. have fun!

I launched from Sugar Barge Marina.  I tried a baitcaster for the first time. Had a lot of birds nest.  Caught 1 keeper that I threw back in. Caught 3 undersized. 

Anytime anyone wants to go, pm me and I'll see if I can make it. 

have you tried discovery bay? i usually go there and have pretty good luck

Never been to Discovery Bay.  When you go, pm me. 

Where do you launch from Disco Bay? That's also near me and never really been around there.

Launch at the yacht Club. It's free to launch. Every where else I've looked at charges like $5. There's a no wake zone around the house so I fish around there.

Oh yeah... I'm fishing Tuesday. I'm heading out to half moon bay if weather is good. If the weather is choppy then I'm heading to discovery bay
