Saw this knife advertised on a fishing show a month or so ago.  Can't speak to the knife but the website sure looks appealing.  :smt044

I thought the front page of the website was so attractive I had to order one.   I'll post up a review when it comes in and if I ever catch a fish.

I've been using Forschner knives for my fillet work.
I think Forschner is owned by Victorinox or vise versa. Pro-cure sells them on-line

X2. I love my Forschner fillet knives

The deckhands on the San Diego charters I go on all use Forschner fillet knives.
So I'm packing my bags for the Misty Mountains, where the spirits go...........

I just have the cheapo rapala, but it does have good flex to it.  My personal feeling is any blade with a decent composition that can take and hold an edge will work as long as it is flexible.  More important to me is the sharpening stone.  I use DMT stones, some sort of composite material with a diamond impregnated nickel plate on top.  A fine and a medium will handle any job as long as the knife hasn't been worn to the point of being neglected.  A good sharpening with one of those, and an occasional run over a kitchen steel keeps even a cheap knife good and sharp for a filleting session.

+1 on the Dexter's  :smt002  Ridiculasly sharp out of the package!  Wish it came with a sheath though, but for the price it's a great option out there.  Also love the big no-slip handle  :smt002
I use the sheath from my cheapass gerber that broke off inside the handle

i got a Kershen? it was free when i subscribed to WON. I think i'll try and sharpen it(since that seems to be the thing everyone is doing) and see if it will hold a good edge. If not it looks like a Dexter is in my future.
