Hey guys, im looking for a rack for my tacoma.
I have a set of thules but want to be able to add a rack to the tail gait part of the truck so i can transport my yak.
Im not really interested in a full size rack, but just the back part that sits on the back of the truck bed wall.
My idea is to use a single thule straped on the trucks cabin(roof) and the rack anchored on the tail part wall of the truck.

Thanks.

I have an Xsporter rack for sale, don't know if it fits a 98, if it has the rail system I think it will fit.

If it is a n early exporter it should do fine.  GF got the Xporter when they first came out on the Squeky.  Been using them ever sine, except this one hard mounts to the bed, not movable like the trac systems.
