I went fishing in paradise this weekend with JTfishing. I promised the rangers that I would pass along to the group that the Paradise launch ramp is now open!! They cleaned the moss/algae off the ramp so now it is very safe. They say Butts have been landed there with some frequency and a 39 incher was lost at the pier last week. Good luck!  - L.A.

No, the tides really worked against the bite in the bay this weekend. I think there is good action at paradise once the tides turn around. Lots of small bait around the pier and ledges. i know they are down there but jaw locked because of the dirty conditions and tides.

Thanks RR & RH (lol), as you have noticed in the other thread I'm switchin' it up to Tomales. I wanna catch that last hour or so of the incoming, can't wait until 7:00. I'll start with the popsicles and plastics and make bait when the tide tops out. Then fish the outgoing with live something shiners, smelt... hopefully. Best launch near Hog Island?

Also remember that you can use more than one rod in Tomales!

Cool.  I hope they repaired that jagged end of the ramp that's notorious for gouging up kayak hulls.

I've been avoiding Paradise just for that one reason, big gouge on the bottom  of the yak. :smt011 Thanks for the heads up Keith.
