Abalone rolls!

Tried something A little different with an ab last night. Thin sliced and rolled over some pepper jack cheese then breaded it with ritz crackers and fried in some Ghee!!! Came out amazing!!!! Made A little garlic butter wine sauce to dip in... Didnt take ant pics but will in the next round! Gonna do this again!

Try stuffing pepperchinies (spelling?) with cream cheese and pepper jack. Then wrap your breaded ab around the pepper and fry. Slammin!!!!

Im gonna try that tonight and think I will add some Prosciutto to mix it up A little!
