I have a few gems of benetiote and would like to combine with some abalone. Wondering if anyone know a custom jeweler / artist that does this kind of work.

Where you taking that class at?  Sounds fun, maybe I should try making myself also.

Its at Sacramento City College, Art 380, 381, or 385 are all pretty much jewelry / small metal casting.

Its a fun class, the only thing that sucks is because of budge cuts they are only offered for Spring semesters.

Reasonably priced custom jeweler?  Does such thing exsist? Get some bailing wire and super glue and make it yourself.

I have an old box full of lapidary stuff, alot of precut stones. If I have room in the truck, I will bring them to GMS; you are going right??
I also have some black bear claws that I had planned on setting in a necklace, but never got around to doing it.
